French Comics Union Solicit For Political Mural Offerings
"It probably won't look like this..."

As part of a protest against the cost-structures being imposed by French comic publishers in the light of new digital publishing initiatives, the French comics union has launched a strike against signing new contracts, is threatening protests in May and now… doing a big drawing.

A "dazibao", a kind of politically-themed mural popular in China, will be used on the May 5th protest and the union is asking for artistic contributions towards it, A4 size or less, 100 dpi jpegs.
