The first wave, made up of four figures, includes some heavy-hitters as well: Mumm-Ra, Jackalman, Panthro, and Lion-O These figures were already released by Mattel a few years back, but now that Super7 has the license and is moving forward with the line, they decided to re-release these in case people missed them (like me);[...]

What's one of the the things we're most excited for next year? That the continuing battle between Lion-O's ThunderCats — Tygra, Panthro, Cheetara, Wilykat, and Wilykit — and Mumm-Ra will be making its way to Cartoon Network in 2020 (though originally slated for 2019, more on that below), with Warner Bros Animation rebooting the feline-like[...]

After a long, long time of teases and such, Super7 have revealed the first four figures in the new line- Panthro, Mummy Mumm-Ra, Jackalman, and of course, Lion-O Each figure comes in a slipcase window box and a ton of interchangeable parts and weapons/accessories They are banking on the Thundercats line becoming the new MOTU[...]

And a lot of us know his voice from his years working on the animated Thundercats series as Panthro. Hyman was also an advocate of color-blind casting, once saying: "I am 65 years old and I am still saying that all roles should be available to all actors of talent, regardless of race Why should be deprived[...]

It made me think back to  watching the show when I was a kid… funny how so many cartoons of that era have held their place so well in the pop culture world. Here we get Lion-O, Cheetara, Panthro, Mumm-Ra and of course Snarf They're scheduled to be released December 17th… just in time for Christmas.         [...]
