Namor's Best Aquaman Impression in Avengers #32 [Preview]

Aquaman and Namor, two similar characters from rival superhero universes. A lot of people probably believe that Aquaman came first, as most classic DC superheroes do predate their Marvel copycat counterparts, but in this case, it's the opposite, with the Submariner first appearing in 1939, a full two years before Aquaman debuted.

But sadly, in this preview of Avengers #32, by Jason Aaron and Ed McGuinness, it's Namor being the copycat…

As we check in on our aquatic friend after last issue's Tony Stark centric story…

…to find Namor reliving past glories, riding atop two sea turtles in all his kingly glory…

Gee, where did Namor learn that move?

You have to admit, Namor may have come first, but Aquaman did it better.

Though we will give it to Namor, his goth look beats Aquaman's costume any day.

Avengers #32 hits stores on Wednesday.
