Batman #89 (Both Covers) and Hell Arisen #3 Sell, in Advance, For $110 on eBay – What's the Punchline?
Yesterday, Bleeding Cool looked at the effect that increased demand for the first appearances of Joker's new girlfriend, Punchline, were having on the advance eBay prices for Batman #89 and Hell Arisen #3.
It appears that Bleeding Cool contributor Rod Lamberti, of Rodman Comics in Ankeny, Iowa, has sold a few comic books in advance of receiving them. Namely I #89, both covers and Hell Arisen #3, for $109.99 the set, as a Buy It Now. For three non-restricted-order comics a week or two before they go on sale.
He has also listed a similar set for Auction, currently at $59.99 with ten bids and hours to go. Could it go higher?
