'Irresistible': Watch the Trailer For Jon Stewart's New Political Comedy Now

Irresistible is a new political comedy written and directed by former Daily Show host Jon Stewart. The trailer debuted this morning, and it looks hilarious. Starring Steve Carell (The Office, The Morning Show) as a Democratic strategist helping a small town candidate (Chris Cooper) in a mayoral race in the swing state of Wisconsin. It looks like a spoof on today's talking head political culture that we sorely need. This one has some serious box office break out potential as well, with it being an election year and the "return" of Stewart. Check out the trailer below:

Jon Stewart is back, and he has something to say. Irresistible is in theaters this May.

From writer/director Jon Stewart comes the comedy of a Democrat political consultant (Carell) who helps a retired ex-Marine colonel (Cooper) run for mayor in a small Wisconsin town.
