Studios has released a preview for Heartbeat #4, the penultimate issue of the five-issue comic written, drawn, and colored by Maria Llovet. What happens in this issue? LOS ANGELES, CA (January 21, 2020) – BOOM! Studios is proud to reveal a first look at HEARTBEAT #4, the latest issue of the new original five-issue series by comics creator Maria Llovet (Faithless, Loud) and letterer AndWorld Design (Martian Manhunter)—a dark, violent, decadent, disturbing story, in which life, death, blood, and love are inextricably intertwined, available in February 2020.
Donatien has managed to escape the consequences of his brutal crime only by charm and wit, but those close to the victim want answers, and they will do anything to get them. When someone gets too close to the truth, Eva will learn how far Donatien will go to protect his secret… and how much Eva is willing to accept.
HEARTBEAT #4 features main cover art by series creator Maria Llovet as well as variant cover art by artist Rodin Esquejo (Morning Glories).
