Iron Studios Has Acquired a New License for 2020

Iron Studios has released some surprising new today through its Facebook channel:

At CCXP19 we revealed our new license for 2020: Mortal Kombat! One of the most iconic video games of all time, MK has many editions and so much history with a lot of beloved characters. Now we need your help to choose which direction we should start with:

– Mortal Kombat Klassics: with the characters and costumes of the early games

– Modern Mortal Kombat: with the actual characters and visual of the most recent games of the franchise.

WOW! So the Mortal Kombat license has been picked up by Iron Studios and this could really mean some amazing collectibles to come from it. Their statues are top of the line, show incredible detail and more often than not have a lot of dioramas. Mortal Kombat battle diorama statues would be quite amazing to see. Our favorite fights going head to head in remarkable detail would be like the game is coming to life in front of our eyes. One of the best parts is that Iron Studios needs our help to choose what path they want to start with. They have two options for us to choose from, Mortal Kombat Klassic for the retro games or Modern Klassics from the game consoles. You can let your voice be heard and vote for your choice on their Facebook page located here. My current vote would be for the retro series, you know how amazing it would be to see our childhood come to life with the masterminds in Iron Studios?! Whether through modernizing the character or keeping that retro aesthetic they would be great collectibles for any Mortal Kombat fans kollection! With a long list of fighters in their roster, 2020 is going to be a great year for some new killer statues coming from Iron Studios!
