The Flash #83 is in stores from DC Comics tomorrow, and the titular Flash is in an unfortunate situation. Thanks to the Dark Gift of Lex Luthor (ew), Captain Cold is ruling Central City and Barry Allen is locked up in Ice Heights prison with The Trickster as a cellmate. And The Trickster simply does not have a positive attitude about things. Who will help Barry escape and save the day? Well, we assume he'll save the day, it is his comic.
