Screwing with Sebastian Shaw in Marauders #2 [Preview]

Marauders #2 is in stores next week from Marvel Comics, as the second-best Dawn of X launch title goes head-to-head against the best (that’s Excalibur). The Gerry Duggan of Comics, Gerry Duggan, is behind this one, along with Matteo Lolli, Federico Blee, and a letterer whose name will never be known because they’re simply not as important as everyone else who makes comics. What, don’t look at us like that. Is their name on the cover? Let’s face it, trained monkeys could do that job. What? That’s Marvel’s message. We like letterers just fine. Don’t kill the messenger. We’ve got a preview below.

Marauders #2 [Preview]

Emma Frost has been forced to invite Sebastian Shaw back into the Hellfire Club… but she doesn’t like it very much.

The preview starts out with some feminism.

Marauders #2 [Preview]

Before Emma heads to a meeting with Shaw, which mainly seems to consist of her screwing with him.

Marauders #2 [Preview]

Since Emma can no longer peg Scott (see our article on Wolverine’s two dicks), she seems to be taking out her frustrations on Sebastian. Which, fair enough.

Marauders #2 [Preview]

Meanwhile, Kitty and the Marauders are just burning some people alive, no big deal.

About Jude Terror

A prophecy says that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero will come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events.

Scourge of Rich Johnston, maker of puns, and seeker of the Snyder Cut, Jude Terror, sadly, is not the hero comics needs right now... but he's the one the industry deserves.
