Gwen Stacy Gets Her Own Series at Marvel in February by Christos Gage and Todd Nauck

Marvel's Pull List Podcast is out on YouTube though it's not yet on Marvel.com. When it does hit Marvel's website, we'll get covers and official solicit text, but for now, we have the names and details of a few new series launching in February.

First up, Gwen Stacy is getting her own comic, from the creative team of Christos Gage and Todd Nauck, and with covers by Adam Hughes.

Here's what the hosts read as the solicit text:

Gwen and Peter may not have met until Amazing Spider-Man #31 in 1965, but that doesn't mean Gwen's life began on the page. Learn the never-before-told origin of Gwen Stacy in Gwen Stacy #1.

Will this comic reveal that Gwen had a sexual relationship with Norman Osborn even before she met Peter Parker? God, we hope so, just so we can milk the outrage for dozens of clickbait articles.

Gwen Stacy #1 hits stores in February. You can watch Marvel's Pull List podcast below. We'll update this article when a high-res version of the cover is released later.

UPDATE: Here's the full cover and solicit text:

Gwen and Peter may not have met until AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #31, but that doesn't mean Gwen's life began on that page. Learn the never-before told origin of Gwen Stacy, top of her class, daughter of the Police Captain and, as her friend Harry Osborn calls her, "The Beauty Queen of Standard High." But she's way more that you even know! Gwen's got a science brain, a nose for trouble and a no-quit attitude that always gets her in trouble. In the early Marvel Universe, that's a recipe for disaster. Don't miss Gwen, Captain Stacy, Harry and Norman Osborn, Crimemaster, Wilson Fisk, Jean DeWolff, Yuri Wantanabe and even Spider-Man!

A prophecy once said that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero would come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events. Sadly, that prophecy was wrong. Oh, Jude Terror was right. For ten years. About everything. But nobody listened. And so, Jude Terror has moved on to a more important mission: turning Bleeding Cool into a pro wrestling dirt sheet!
