Yesterday saw the publication of the latest Diary Of A Wimpy Kid volume, by Jeff Kinney. And to launch Diary of a Wimpy Kid #14: Wrecking Ball, Jeff is headed to 10 cities over two weeks across the American Mid West, performing The Wrecking Ball Show for thousands of fans from Houston to Minneapolis. The one-hour show hosted by Jeff is themed around the new boo, in which the Heffley family embark on a home remodel with disastrous results. Expect lots of hard hats, caution tape, and trademark Wimpy Kid humour…

The Wrecking Ball Show is jam-packed with opportunities for fans to build their own cartoons, smash the trivia competition, manufacture some dance moves, and collapse with laughter, and will be performed in Houston, Austin, Oklahoma City, Wichita, St. Louis, Omaha, and Minneapolis, in partnership with local independent bookstores.
