Scott Snyder Says Farewell to Justice League in January’s Justice League #39

This January’s Justice League #39 will apparently be the final issue written by superstar writer and handsome devil Scott Snyder, DC’s January solicitations revealed. The solicit notes that Snyder will say “farewell to the Justice League with a special story that both winds down all the things he started in issue #1—and nods toward everything that comes next in the DC Universe.” We know that DC is building to a new Crisis ahead of 5G in 2020, and it looks like something could be seeded in the pages of Justice League #39.

It’s unknown what Snyder will be up to next at DC, but we’re pretty sure this kid has a bright future ahead of him…

Check out the solicit below, and DC’s full January solicitations here.

About Jude Terror

A prophecy says that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero will come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events.

Scourge of Rich Johnston, maker of puns, and seeker of the Snyder Cut, Jude Terror, sadly, is not the hero comics needs right now... but he's the one the industry deserves.
