A Cop Killing Rocks New York City in Captain America #16

The streets of the Marvel Universe’s version of New York City will be thrown into chaos in November due to a cop killing in Captain America #16 by Ta-Nehisi Coates and Jason Masters, Marvel’s full November solicitations reveal. And as Captain America continues to fight to restore his good name after the events of Secret Empire and the machinations of the Power Elite, it looks he’ll have to clean up this mess too. But hey, if Ta-Nehisi Coates can clean up the mess that was Secret Empire, this should be a piece of cake in comparison.

Thankfully, it also appears that Cap will have some help from Misty Knight. Even still, there’s sure to be some messy fallout as real-world tensions collide with funny book pages when Captain America #16 hits stores this November. Check out the solicitation and cover below.

About Jude Terror

A prophecy says that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero will come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events.

Scourge of Rich Johnston, maker of puns, and seeker of the Snyder Cut, Jude Terror, sadly, is not the hero comics needs right now... but he's the one the industry deserves.
