SDCC: 85+ Photos From the Kotobukiya Booth

This is an interesting time for Kotobukiya. After some behind the scenes turnover, it feels like they have finally begun to pump out some new product. For new licenses as well, as properties like G.I. Joe, My Little Pony, and tons of new horror properties become available in their lines. They have also upped their game with Godzilla, expanding into other monsters like Gamera. They also had Gundam and anime on display, and I feel like it has been awhile since they had those in the cases. Not much new Star  Wars was shown either, but that's to be expected since the Mystery Box is in place.

The Kotobukiya bread and butter however will always be DC and Marvel, and they had a ton of stuff to show off on the show floor of SDCC, both old and new. New additions to their Avengers Adi Granov line were on display, along with their new Marvel Premier statues. That Hulk…it is so dang cool. As far as DC goes, the Ikemen statues are still insanely popular, as are the bishoujo line, where DC have fluished for years now. Recently, they added GI Joe to that line, and it was a huge hit. Now that Baroness is available, look for another sell out. This is also where you will find the reimagined horror icons, along with My Little Pony.

It feels like Kotobukiya is on the rebound after a few touch and go years, so go ahead and check out tons of pics of their available and upcoming products down below.
