New Behind-the-Scenes Featurette for "The Lion King"
Disney has released a new behind-the-scenes featurette for their remake of The Lion King. We get to see various cast members talk about being part of a remake and director Jon Favreau talks about having cast members that can do the voices and sing the songs.
We also get to hear some of 'Hakuna Matata' which is a lot of fun to hear. This is a movie that is going to make this writer cry big ugly tears and this featurette isn't helping.
After the murder of his father, a young lion prince flees his kingdom only to learn the true meaning of responsibility and bravery.
The Lion King, directed by Jon Favreau, stars Donald Glover, Beyonce, Billy Eichner, Seth Rogen, Alfre Woodard, and John Oliver. It will be released on July 19th, 2019.
