Polish mobile game studio MythicOwl will be bringing their indie hit Hexologic to Xbox One later this month, though the game is currently available for pre-order on the platform if you want to get in on the language-independent logic puzzles as soon as possible.
Based on hexagonal grids, the game takes the sudoku genre of math-based puzzler to a new level. The simple gameplay mechanic, compelling graphic design, relaxing soundtrack, and challenging diffiuclty make Hexologic an enjoyable experience on PC and mobile, and will soon give Xbox One players an easy way to de-stress from all their high-stakes gaming action without leaving the platform.
The Xbox One edition of Hexologic also comes with a new endless game mode which comes packed with procedurally generated levels to diversify gameplay and engage players with varied, challenging riddles.
The game also supports native 4K resolution on Xbox One X.
MythicOwl's highly regarded puzzler debuted on PC and both mobiles almost a year ago, and it's racked up quite a few awards since. Hexologic won the MomoCon Indie Awards and even grabbed a a dragon egg for Best Mobile Game during Digital Dragons 2019.
The pre-order of Hexologic will allow you to pre-download the game, but it will not be playable until release on June 13, 2019.
