The Walking Dead #192 Goes to Second Printing, In Time for The Walking Dead #193 (Spoilers)
Yesterday, Bleeding Cool broke the news of what was to happen in today's The Walking Dead #192 in one of our 'biggest baddest spoilers' posts. Today, Image Comics has announced that The Walking Dead #192 has gone back to a second printing with a commemorative cover, which kinda gives the game away a bit. Taking the lead from Marvel's second printing spoiler covers, this second printing will be on sale at the same time as The Walking Dead #193, on Wednesday, July 3rd.
Talking of spoilers…
Image Comics states that the details of the issue, revealing the death of Rick Grimes as the hands of Sebastian, were first revealed in the New York Times today. But Bleeding Cool readers know the truth. We did however talk through some of the implications for the series today… as well as at least one of the major psychological events that followed directly afterwards, that Carl discovers his father, risen, and has to put him down.
The guts of the story
But, as we pointed out the thirty page comic gets to do its big twisty-turny moment and then follow it through properly, the guts of the story come after the big surprise. Making the comic book pretty spoiler proof. Clever that.
