Dame Emma Thompson is reportedly in “early talks” to join Emma Stone in the film, at least according to Variety. There is no word on who Thompson may be playing in the film, but we do know that Stone will be playing “that devil woman,” Cruella.

I, Tonya director Craig Gillespie is on board to helm the film from the most script by Tony McNamara. Dana Fox penned an earlier one.

We will of course let you know what we hear about this new production as further information gets released.

We do know that Disney has a shiny new release date in mind for the film, Wednesday December 23rd 2020.
