'The Walking Dead' Offers Daenerys, 'Game of Thrones' House Negan's Walker-Killing Services
When you account for two of the top three shows in the world (we're not forgetting about you, Stranger Things), you'd think it would be an almost…well… "Battle for the Iron Throne"-like war for the top spot between HBO's Game of Thrones and AMC's The Walking Dead.
But guess what? You'd be wrong. Dead wrong.
In fact, wrong for two reasons: first, Game of Thrones is so far ahead on a global scale it's not even funny – or close; second, considering how many shows there are in the world (Netflix just dropped full seasons on 364 shows while I wrote that last sentence), being in the top 3 is a pretty respectable place to call home.
So it came as no surprise that the folks behind Skybound's Instagram account for The Walking Dead were kind enough to introduce Daenerys to Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), his Right Hand "Lucille" and the walker-killing services of House Negan:

Speaking of the biggest show on the planet, here's a look at what everybdy and their third-cousin-twice-removed has been talking about: The Battle of Winterfell begins on this week's episode of HBO's Game of Thrones:

Meanwhile, The Walking Dead spinoff series Fear the Walking Dead returns Sunday, June 2, at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT (followed by the series premiere of fantasy-horror adaptation NOS4A2, based on Joe Hill's best-selling novel):
Heading into season 5 of Fear the Walking Dead, the group's mission is clear: locate survivors and help make what's left of the world a slightly better place. With dogged determination, Morgan Jones leads the group with a philosophy rooted in benevolence, community and hope. Each character believes that helping others will allow them to make up for the wrongs of their pasts.
But trust won't be easily earned. Their mission of helping others will be put to the ultimate test when our group finds themselves in unchartered territory, one which will force them to face not just their pasts but also their fears. It is only through facing those fears that the group will discover an entirely new way to live, one that will leave them forever changed.
Earlier this week, AMC announced a third series in the Walking Dead universe, co-created by Scott M. Gimple and new series showrunner Matt Negrete (The Walking Dead, writer/producer). Produced and distributed by AMC Studios, the 10-episode season begins production this summer in Virginia and premieres on AMC in 2020.
The new series will focus on two young, female protagonists, and highlight the first generation to come of age during the undead apocalypse. As the description for the series goes, "Some will become heroes. Some will become villains. In the end, all of them will be changed forever. Grown-up and cemented in their identities, both good and bad."
AMC's The Walking Dead is expected to return for its tenth season in October 2019, with filming on the series set to begin in two weeks.
