Katie O'Neill Returns to Eisner Winner with Tea Dragon Festival in Oni Press July 2019 Solicitations

Katie O'Neill bagged two Eisner Awards for The Tea Dragon Society last year, for Best Publication for Kids (ages 9-12) and Best Webcomic.
