The Return of the Legion, a Lois Lane Heel Turn, and Superman #13's Final Page Shocker

It looks like "The Great One" Brian Bendis, Ivan Reis, and Joe Prado have some major plans for July's Superman #13. Revealed in the DC solicits on Friday, Superman #13's solicit is packed with shocking revelations. First of all, this issue will apparently feature the return of the Legion of the Superheroes, if we're reading that solicitation text correctly (and we definitely are). That final page shocker will be a "moment almost a thousand years in the making."

Bendis has been teasing the return of the Legion for a while, so it was only a matter of when. But it's the implications of the solicit's words about Lois Lane that has us worried…

Deadly plans, murderous schemes and evil dealings. Each of Lex Luthor's offers means doom for the heroes. So why is Lex now talking to Lois Lane?

And sure, it could be anything… but that's Lois's headshot on the $4.99 cardstock Year of the Villain variant cover… a line of variants dedicated to head shots of villains, as the name implies. Is this a Lois Lane heel turn? Damn you, Bendis!
