Leslie Jones Lives 'Game of Thrones' Fantasy with Kit Harington in 'SNL' Promo

It's hard to believe given the popularity of Game of Thrones that Kit Harington will make his first hosting appearing on Saturday Night Live (SNL) THIS month, but after shooting a promo with Leslie Jones, he might not want to come back.

The promo sees Jones recreate some of the most iconic scenes from GoT through the years in a fantasy bit dressing as multiple characters from Hodor to Daenerys Targaryen while using toys along with cheaply constructed props and costumes.

To add to her love for the show, she recruits poor Harington in an equally poor reconstruction of Jon Snow's costume, while she dresses up as the Mother of Dragons. After asking Jones if the gloves he's wearing are oven mitts, he storms off at the silliness and absurdity of the bit before they transition to the final iconic scene: Cersei's walk of shame.

Adhering to FCC standards, Harington didn't go in the buff opting for a sack cloth in the shape of long Jon's as Jones acts as Septa Unella ringing the bell as donuts gets thrown at them. Jones catches one to eat and catches another one to force feed Harington.

We have no doubt SNL will find a way to milk as many GoT references in as possible.

One of our personal favorite sketchs is Bill Hader hosting a game show called Game of Game of Thrones with Zack Garafianakis, a fanboy contestant dressed as a dragon. The end of the sketch featured a surprise cameo from Nikolaj Coster-Waldau.

Harington will host the April 6th episode of SNL in advance of the April 14th return of the 8th and final season of HBO series.
