War of the Realms Gets a Theme Song by MSI's Jimmy Urine

The next time a Marvel comic book writer tells complaining fans to drown in urine, it may not be meant as an insult. They may simply be asking you to lose yourself in the illustrious sounds of the new War of the Realms theme song, composed by Jimmy Urine, lead singer of 90s industrial band Mindless Self Indulgence (and if ever there were a band name which described Marvel's super-mega-crossover event publishing strategies…). Of course, they might literally want you to drown in hobo piss. Comic book writers aren't exactly known for their friendly demeanor.

Marvel released the theme song on their website, so you can stream it, either to get excited about the upcoming release of War of the Realms next week, or to listen to it while you're reading the comic (the song is two and a half minutes long, which is about how long it takes to read a modern comic book with all the decompression).

What better way to kick off this massive, intergalactic battle than with musical accompaniment? Today, Marvel Entertainment brings you the official WAR OF THE REALMS soundtrack theme by Jimmy Urine of Mindless Self Indulgence, which was produced with creative input from none other than Jason Aaron himself! Recorded live at the gateway of the Black Bifrost, it's a song so epic even Surtur sheds a tear when he hears it!

And so, Jude Terror has moved on to a more important mission: turning Bleeding Cool into a pro wrestling dirt sheet!
