Wonder if Hallmark makes a card for these occasions…

Earlier this week, Fuller House‘s Lori Loughlin flew from the Vancouver set of her Garage Sale Mysteries movie series for the Hallmark Channel to face charges of being part of an elaborate college admissions scam. Released on a $1 million bail bond, television’s Aunt Becky was granted limited travel to Vancouver to continue working on her projects for the network.

Looks like Loughlin won’t have that to worry about anymore, with Crown Media Family Network (owner of the Hallmark Channel) announcing that they have cut ties with the actress, effective immediately. The media company had this to say in a statement:

“We are saddened by the recent news surrounding the college admissions allegations. We are no longer working with Lori Loughlin and have stopped development of all productions that air on the Crown Media Family Network channels involving Lori Loughlin including Garage Sale Mysteries, an independent third party production.”

The matter is a little more complicated for Netflix, with it being reported that Loughlin has already filmed her scenes for the Full House sequel series’ fifth and final season. Netflix has not issued a statement on the matter, with the upcoming season set to debut in the fall.

Loughlin, her husband Mossimo Giannulli, American Crime‘s Felicity Huffman, and 30 other parents are accused of engaging in illegal activities – including bribery – help guarantee their children’s admission into top tier college and universities. The actress was originally allowed only to travel within the continental U.S., but was granted the limited right to travel to Vancouver for filming and production ahead of her March 29 preliminary hearing in Boston.
