Game of Thrones Will Be Getting a New Board Game Called Oathbreaker

As the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones will come to an end on HBO this year, the show is getting a new board game called Game of Thrones: Oathbreaker. Much like the series, you too will be fighting for the Iron Throne. The game will have one random player claiming the throne while the other players become Lords and Ladies of the great houses of Westeros. All of you doing your best to curry the King’s favor, gain power, or seeking to bring the dynasty down. You’ll be forced to figure out who you can trust and who you’ll need to fight off as the wheel keeps on turning, crushing many below it. The game will be coming to North America sometime in the next couple months for $35, it’ll be a 14+ game for 5-8 players and take about 45 minutes per game. Here’s a few added details and a quote Dire Wolf Digital on the game.
