Cloak and Dagger Season 2: New Promo Teases Mayhem

Cloak and Dagger was the surprise of Marvel TV last year. No one really thought it was going to be any good because it was on Freeform yet the series came out kicking. It was a fun little series featuring two lead characters who have great chemistry. It did lean into the drama of a young adult series a little but that was kind of the point. Comics are plenty melodramatic as it is and that's a good thing. So it was good when it was announced that there would be a second season. There was one hell of a tease at the end of season one and season two is keen to explore it. Marvel and Freeform have released a new teaser for the second season of the show and it's focused on the new villain Mayhem aka Detective Brigid O'Reilly played by returning actress Emma Lahana.

We also got a short new teaser featuring Tandy dancing again. In the first season we saw Tandy give up anything that had to do with her dad but now she has some closure. It would make sense that she'd pick some of it up again.

The season two premiere is a month away but attendees of WonderCon will get the chance to see the first episode of season two a few days early. Let's keep our fingers crossed that this show has a strong second season. There is blood in the water at Marvel TV after all.

Cloak and Dagger, created by Joe Pokaski, stars J.D. Evermore, Olivia Holt, Aubrey Joseph, Miles Mussenden, Gloria Reuben, and Andrea Roth. It will return to Freeform for season two on April 4th while season one is currently streaming on Hulu.
