What About More Hank Pym in Possible 'Ant-Man 3'?

So what does Michael Douglas think about the possibility of more Hank Pym in a third Ant-Man movie?

What About More Hank Pym in Possible 'Ant-Man 3'?

For starters- he says there has been talks about a possible third insect hero film, but that they "kind of spring it" on him when plans are made. While speaking to Entertainment Tonight recently about his award-winning Netflix series The Kaminsky Method, Douglas spoke a bit about the possibility of another Ant-Man:

"There's been talk [about another Ant-Man]… [but] there's been nothing formal right now that I know of. They always kind of spring it on me. The first time you hear about it, it's already in its third rewrite."

"Talk" of course doesn't mean anything is set in stone, but, it's nice to know the thought is there.

Back in 2018, there were rumors and chatter about a possible prequel film idea about Douglas's character Hank Pym. Douglas spoke to ComicBook.com about it, saying:

"I just hope Marvel is listening. You hear what he's saying, Marvel? Here we go! It's going to be the entire future of my life.

Now that I see that you can have the ability to make yourself 40 years younger rather than simply having a flashback in the movie. If you can make yourself small and you can make yourself big, I should certainly hope that you can make yourself younger. I wanna give Paul [Rudd] a run for his money! I think it's time for us to go at it mano-a-mano."

We'd personally LOVE more Hank Pym and Janet Van Dyne, and would adore a third Ant-Man film.
