Mountain Dew Releases New Gamer Soda MTN DEW AMP Game Fuel

Mountain Dew has decided to make a soda line aimed specifically at video gamers with their new set of drinks called MTN DEW AMP Game Fuel. Just in time to be introduced during the Super Bowl, a pair of commercials were made this week and pushed online, which we're sure you'll see sometime during the game since PepsiCo is the halftime sponsor. They even come complete with the tagline "Victory in a Can". How do they taste? We honestly don't know, we weren't given a sample to try out. But considering AMP is also in the mix, we're guessing it's going to be something like a soda-flavored energy drink.

It's an interesting tactic for the company to combine two brands into one and got after people who love energy drinks and also love the taste of Mountain Dew. Kind of reminds us of when the company released Pepsi Kona in test markets back in the late '90s where it was a mix of Pepsi and coffee. We're kinda curious, would you try one of these new flavors?
