E3 2019 General Attendee Badges Available in February

Feel like attending E3 2019 as one of the few members of the public who get to attend? Tickets will go on sale next month. The ESA decided to get the word out early about the biggest video game convention in the U.S. by alerting fans on their Twitter account that registration would begin in February this year, with those involved in the industry able to register on February 6th, while regular attendee badges would be available on February 12th.

Unlike previous years where media badges were handled separately, E3 has added those to the industry date, making them available for application on February 6th as well. Its kind of interesting to see tickets going on sale a good four months before the event kicks off, as most conventions don't even announce ticket availability until 2-3 months out. But when you have the LA Convention Center secured from June 11th-13th already, makes sense to get everything done earlier if you can.
