Multiple Lawsuits Being Planned for Activision After Bungie Split

It looks like Activision will be hearing about that Bungie split for a lot longer than they wish if the latest legal issues make it to the courts. According to two different lawsuits posted on WCCF Tech, a couple of firms are looking for anyone involved with the entire ordeal to take part in class action lawsuits. And if you believe the rumor mill on 4Chan, there's a couple others in the works who haven't posted any information yet as they're still gathering information on the situation.

Multiple Lawsuits Being Planned for Activision After Bungie Split

The Class Period is for investors who have purchased shares between August 2nd, 2018 through January 10th, 2019. Any parties who are interested have to take action before March 19th. Both lawsuits are going after the company for citing materially false and misleading public statements by the publisher. We'll keep an eye on the situation and see how thing develop moving forward, but it's pretty clear at this point that the sharks believe they see blood in the water and are going for Activision as soon as they can.
