You Hail Hydra One Time… Next Week's Black Widow #1

Hail Hydra. Two words that forever changed the history of Captain America in Nick Spencer's political magnum opus, Secret Empire. But, that was more than 2 years ago. Just because a character turned out to have always been a secret Nazi and then takes over America under the banner of his neo-Nazi hate group, does that mean people have got to complain about it forever?

Well, that's what's going on in next week's Black Widow #1, as Cap finds himself the victim of vicious harassment by a mob, simply because an alternate version of him created by a cosmic cube or something was a Nazi and stuff.

You Hail Hydra One Time… Next Week's Black Widow #1

Can Captain America ever live this down?! Isn't tolerating Nazis the real way to be tolerant? No? Okay, give that bastard hell then.

Black Widow #1 hits stores next Wednesday.

Black Widow #1
(W) Jen Soska, Sylvia Soska (A) Flaviano (CA) Clayton Crain
…AND HELL FOLLOWED WITH HER.
Natasha Romanoff was trained to kill. For years now she's tried to overcome that programming, to side with the angels…to be a hero. And where'd that get her? Killed. By one of the few true friends she allowed herself to have. Now she's back from the dead, angry as hell and finding those better angels harder and harder to hear. Jen and Sylvia Soska – the Twisted Twins of horror – join rising artist Flaviano to weave a web of vice, violence and vengeance that will net Natasha the biggest bad men she's ever faced…or put her back in the ground for good.

Sadly, that prophecy was wrong. Oh, Jude Terror was right. For ten years. About everything. But nobody listened.
