Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Added to January's Xbox Game Pass

A bit of a surprise from Xbox and Capcom this week as Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 was added as a surprise to their list of Xbox Game Pass titles for January. Last week we talked about all six titles that the company announced were coming in January, which included Life is Strange 2: Part 1, Ark: Survival Evolved, Farming Simulator 17, Absolver, Just Cause 3, and Aftercharge. The addition of UMvC3 kinda came out of nowhere today, and the game is already on the Game Pass as we speak.

If you're not familiar with Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, it's basically the last MvC title before we got Infinite last year. It's a really good arcade fighter with one of the best rosters in the series, usually receiving favorable reviews from critics and gamers alike. It's still being played in some fighting tournaments over Infinite to this day. We recommend checking it out on the service while you can, because that's a pretty sweet deal for Xbox One owners.
