Kojima Teased Death Stranding's Release Date Because Why Not?

You wanna get a bunch of people worked up about your product? Keep teasing it, like Hideo Kojima has this week with Death Stranding. After not revealing a new trailer and not making an appearance at The Game Awards like it was rumored, people just kind of stopped talking about the game as we went into the holidays because our hopes were dashed. Well, Kojima must have heard about no one talking about his game, because this week he dropped a quick line in the latest issue of Famitsu and asked a question

Death Stranding

"Is 2019 the year of the Whale? Please look forward to Death Stranding!"

Yep, that's it. Not a confirmation of anything, just Kojima asking if it's time to release it yet. Here's our response: YES!
