Can Anyone Identify These Heavy Metal Magazine 'Inspired' Skateboard Designs?

I understand that there is a little bit of fuss going down regarding these skateboards from Darkstar Skate purporting to be licensed from Heavy Metal Magazine. Now I am more than happy to let the lawyers decide between them over who licensed what to what, what middlemen were involved, who approved what and how this state of affairs came to be.

But if anyone recognises the origins of the images for these pieces of art, do let us know. Far left appears to be Lady Death – but one thing seems sure that none of these are actually Heavy Metal Magazine covers.
