Crash Team Racing May See a Delay for Nintendo Switch

While a lot of people are looking forward to seeing Crash Team Racing in 2019, Nintendo Switch owners may not be seeing it right away. According to Go Nintendo Go, Activision and Nintendo have yet to put a release date for the game up on the pre-order page. That's extremely significant since the company already announced that the game would be released across all platforms on June 21st, 2019. Yet the Nintendo Switch version simply says "coming soon" compared to the others.

Unless the company is experiencing porting problems as we speak, there's really no reason the game can't be made available for the Nintendo Switch at the same time as PS4 and Xbox One. Granted, they have a whole six months to get everything together, but it is possible the game just isn't gelling with the Switch's hardware while they finish it up. Here's hoping if there is an issue with Crash Team Racing, it's cleared up soon.
