Relationship Troubles Abound in Next Week’s West Coast Avengers #6

Has there ever been a team as dysfunctional as the new West Coast Avengers? In Wednesday’s West Coast Avengers #6, interpersonal relationships between team members are questioned. There’s Kid Omega’s repeated hookups with Gwenpool, despite the pair’s constant bickering. And even Fuse is questioning his decisions since starting to date Kate Bishop, as seen in this preview of the upcoming issue.

And then there’s Kate’s best friend Ramone, who’s now dating Miss America… and has gotten sucked into Madame Masque’s plot to destroy the West Coast Avengers.

Meanwhile, Kate has found herself reunited with her dead mother, which is sure to blow up in someone’s face. With all this drama, West Coast Avengers is definitely taking its reality show premise to heart… and that’s what we love about it!

West Coast Avengers #6 hits stores next Wednesday.

• Sometimes saving the day includes saving yourself so you can live long enough to deal with the next crisis, and, as a slew of villains band together to destroy the West Coast Avengers, our heroes will have to do just that!
• Hope you survive the L.A. experience! (Yes, we brought an X-Man on board just so we could legally say that! So can we fire Quentin yet?)
• What house of horrors awaits the West Coast Avengers? And what familiar face is gonna throw a wrench in Kate Bishop’s less-than-well-oiled team?!

About Jude Terror

A prophecy says that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero will come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events.

Scourge of Rich Johnston, maker of puns, and seeker of the Snyder Cut, Jude Terror, sadly, is not the hero comics needs right now... but he's the one the industry deserves.
