Marvel Says There Ain't No Party Like a Guardians Of The Galaxy Party

Marvel Comics will be encouraging retailers to arrange launch events for Guardians Of The Galaxy #1, getting a new series by Donny Cates and Geoff Shaw on sale January 23rd, 2019.

Participating retailers are asked to order at least 250% of their orders for Venom #5, also by Donny Cates, and in return will receive one free bundle of Guardians Of The Galaxy  #1 lithographs – additional bundles can be purchased.

They can then also order as many copies of Guardians of the Galaxy #1 Party Variant as they want and each participating retailer will receive one free copy of Guardians of the Galaxy #1 Party Sketch Variant. Those retailers can also order up to 2 copies of the Guardians of the Galaxy #1 Marquez Premiere Variant.

They can also order as many as they want of the Skottie Young Variant, the Bernie Wrightson Hidden Gem Variant and the Blank Variant.

Retailers will receive added discount on their orders if they match 300%, 250% or 200% of their Venom #5 orders.

And any retailers, party-participating or not can get the Geoff Shaw Guardians Of The Galaxy poster and poster variant of the comic.

Gerald Parel Variant 1:25 of the Regular, Lim, and Shaw variants combined.

Steve Skroce Variant 1:25 of the Regular, Lim, and Shaw variants combined.

Esad Ribic Variant 1:25 of the Regular, Lim, and Shaw variants combined.

Remember, odds are remaining copies of these variants will be liquidated in a couple of years. But for now…
