Paradox Interactive Announces PDXCON 2019 Dates and Location

Rather than hosting PDXCON 2019 in their hometown of Stockholm, Paradox Interactive is moving PDXCON to Berlin. The convention is also going to be happening later in the year, taking place on October 19th and 20th, 2019. As always, PDXCON will be a celebration of Paradox's global community of fans and players, with debut announcements, appearances, and presentations featured for all attendees.

Tickets for PDXCON 2019 will be available for sale early next year, with several admission tiers. However, you can sign up to get Early Bird Tickets here.

PDXCON 2019 will be the third annual public convention for Paradox Interactive and its subsidiaries. Fans can meet the creators of their favorite games, connect with fellow players and top creators within the Paradox community, and hear about future titles before anyone else. 2019 is the first year the convention will be held outside of Stockholm, though the change was made to offer a "greater opportunity for fans to attend from a wider variety of locations."

Which is a bit of a shame, because Stockholm is a great town, but Berlin's not a slouch on that front either.

"PDXCON has come to mean a lot to our fans, and to all of us inside Paradox as well," said Ebba Ljungerud, CEO of Paradox Interactive. "It's not just a milestone for us as a company, it's a personal highlight. As our first public PDXCON to take place outside of the comfort of our 'home field,' we intend to make this year's show worthy of the global stage — bigger and bolder than ever before. I'll see you all there!"

Details on hotels and accommodations will become available early next year, likely when tickets go on sale.
