343 Industries Reveals a New Piece of Halo: Infinite Art

Today we got a brand new piece of artwork for Halo: Infinite, under the strangest of circumstances and with absolutely nothing to explain its purpose. This week, 343 Industries posted a new blog entry that also introduced a new writer that will be updating all of the fans. At the end of the post, we got this little image of a new Halo ring with some high mountains and what looks like a small beacon post in the hills.

There hasn't been a lot of information on the game since the company dropped the announcement trailer back at E3, so this is kinda cool to see. But at the same time, there's no explanation as to what this means for the game beyond the idea that we're getting a snow level in the game. Hopefully, there's more to be seen at The Game Awards, but known 343, we're not holding our breath.
