Because U Demanded It: Wolverine and Hulk Take on Weapon H in Hulkverines

Following in the footsteps of comics legends like Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons, Marvel will deconstruct the Hulkverine genre in February… literally! The publisher has announced a new comic called Hulkverines, spinning out of Weapon H (which stars the original Hulkverine), in which Wolverine and Hulk go after Weapon H for gimmick infringement.

Greg Pak will write, with art by Ario Anindito on issues #1 and #3 of the three-issue mini-seried and Guiu Villanova on issue #2.

From the press release:

November 14, 2018—What is more dangerous than a creation made of a combination of Adamantium claws and gamma blood? The predecessors of Weapon H – Wolverine and the Hulk!

This February, Marvel's two fiercest heroes are teaming up in a three-issue miniseries that will see them coming after the dangerous creation made in their name. Writer Greg Pak — a man who knows all three characters quite well — is teaming up with Weapon H artists Ario Anindito (for #1 and #3) and Guiu Villanova (for #2) to bring you HULKVERINES!

It's an action-packed adventure that you won't want to miss, and it's coming to Marvel this February!

A prophecy once said that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero would come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events. Sadly, that prophecy was wrong. Oh, Jude Terror was right. For ten years. About everything. But nobody listened. And so, Jude Terror has moved on to a more important mission: turning Bleeding Cool into a pro wrestling dirt sheet!
