We’ve all got a lot of questions about the upcoming relaunch of Uncanny X-Men, which finally hits stores NEXT FREAKING WEEK!!! But one question on the lips of, well, pretty much everyone is: where’s Kitty Pryde?

We know from previously seen unlettered previews pages that Kitty was taking a plane ride with some of the X-students, and that the plane crashes, leading to a battle with the Mutant Liberation Front, but that Kitty is nowhere to be found during the battle. Where did she go?

Ahead of next week’s release, Marvel has shed more light on the topic.

Ah, so that’s what happened. It’s been a while since Kitty had so much trouble controlling her powers. Who could be behind it? And where is she now?

We find out… FINALLY… next week. Maybe.

Check out the preview below, and head back to our collection of all the preview pages (there’s some not seen here) for more, and then head to stores next week to get your hands on Uncanny X-Men #1!

About Jude Terror

A prophecy says that in the comic book industry's darkest days, a hero will come to lead the people through a plague of overpriced floppies, incentive variant covers, #1 issue reboots, and super-mega-crossover events.

Scourge of Rich Johnston, maker of puns, and seeker of the Snyder Cut, Jude Terror, sadly, is not the hero comics needs right now... but he's the one the industry deserves.
