First Look at Vanessa Kirby in Hobbs and Shaw
Production on the first spin-off from the Fast and Furious movies is still on the way and star Dwayne Johnson continues to use his social media as a one man PR machine. Studios must love hiring him considering they never have to do firs-look announcements in trades or anything like that; they get to get Johnson have free reign on his instagram and do all the work for them. We got a first look a Idris Elba from Johnson's instagram and now we have a first look at Vanessa Kirby as Hattie Shaw the sister of Jason Statham's Deckard Shaw. In true Johnson fashion the picture was followed by a huge caption that talked about the character and praising his co-star.
Production for Hobbs and Shaw started production this September, it'll be directed by David Leitch, and it has a release date of July 26th, 2019. The movie is set to start Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Vanessa KIrby, and Idris Elba. The Fast and Furious series has made $5.1 billion in the worldwide box office and has been keeping the lights on at Universal Pictures since 2001.
