Hasbro Reveals New Marvel Legends, Star Wars Figures at Paris Comic Con

Hasbro revealed some new figures at a panel at Paris Comic Con this afternoon. Both Marvel and Star Wars were the focus with new Marvel Legends, Star Wars Black Series, and Star Wars Vintage Collection figures all shown off for waves coming in the spring of 2019. For Marvel legends, we got a look at three new figures from their waves supporting Captain Marvel and Avengers 4. For Star Wars collectors, a long-requested figure joins the 6 inch line, and Han's trusty companion gets another 3.75 figure. Let's take a look!

Marvel Legends Series 6-inch Genis-Vell Figure (Captain Marvel wave)

(HASBRO/Available: Spring 2019)

Marvel Legends Series 6-inch Grey Gargoyle Figure (Captain Marvel wave)

(HASBRO/Available: Spring 2019)

Marvel Legends Series 6-inch Loki Figure (Avengers wave)

(HASBRO/Available: Spring 2019)

Two more figures in the Captain Marvel wave have been revealed, with Genis-Vell and Grey Gargoyle join Carol, Nick Fury, Skrull, and Mar-Vell, with a build a figure of a Kree Sentry. This is a super cool wave for Marvel Cosmic fans, and it has shot to the top of my most-wanted Marvel Legends waves. Also revealed was a new Classic Loki, coming in their upcoming wave of Avengers figures. Wonder when we may see the rest of those…

Star Wars: The Black Series 6-inch Padme Amidala Figure

(HASBRO/Available: Spring 2019)

Star Wars: The Vintage Collection Chewbacca Figure

(HASBRO/Available: Spring 2019)

Finally we are getting a Black Series Padme! Of course, it is in her Genosis outfit because what other outfit has she ever worn? Seriously though: why is this the only damn figure we ever get of her? Please Hasbro, make a different Padme besides this one. Chewbacca is also getting a new super-articulated 3.75 inch figure in the Vintage Collection line, because we can never have too many Chewies.

If anymore announcements are made this weekend at all of the various shows, we will have them for you!
