The time is at hand to celebrate the 70th Annual Emmy Awards, live from Los Angeles California. This year’s ceremony will take place beginning at 5pm PST, and we’re going to do our best to keep things updated throughout.

Hosts for tonight’s event are Saturday Night Live‘s Michael Che and Colin Jost.

The ceremony kicks off with Kate McKinnon and Keenan Thompson (both of SNL) taking the state, Kate is adorably nervous. They chat about this being the most diverse group of nominees in Emmys history. There’s a song and dance, more nominees come out to join “We Solved It”. Rickie Martin joins the group too, proclaiming the song “too white”.  Oh, hi Andy Samberg.
