The home release of Solo: A Star Wars Story is coming out later this month, and some of the material has started to appear online. USA Today has released a deleted scene from the movie. It features Han and Qi’ra from the beginning of the movie. They are on Corellia and on the run only this time they are on foot. Qi’ra has an interesting idea for how they are going to escape their pursuers and Han is so not okay with it.

It’s not a bad scene but the way the movie opens and the speeder chase was probably the right way to go about doing things. The speeder chase is much more cinematic than a regular foot chase. We see those in movies all the time; a speeder chase is much more uniquely Star Wars.
Summary: During an adventure into a dark criminal underworld, Han Solo meets his future copilot Chewbacca and encounters Lando Calrissian years before joining the Rebellion.
Solo: A Star Wars Story, directed by Ron Howard, stars Alden Ehrenreich, Emilia Clarke, Donald Glover, Woody Harrelson, and Thandie Newton. It will be released on digital on September 14th and on DVD/Blu-ray on September 25th.
