Todd McFarlane Visits Stan Lee, Teases a Collaboration

Last weekend, legendary comic book artist and Image founder Todd McFarlane visited legendary comic book writer and personality Stan Lee, who has had a bit of a rough time lately but seems to be doing better. McFarlane posted a tongue-in-cheek photo from his visit, the second in just a few weeks from Image founders.

And McFarlane teased more photos throughout the week, posting the next day about some original Spider-Man art he brought Lee as a gift:

And when the next day rolled around, McFarlane had another post:

This time, he notes, "Since he recently announced he was forgoing any more comic conventions…I told him I would also be a little sad we won't get to do 'our thing' on stage anymore."

"So…" McFarlane continues, "we came up with an idea on how to still have fun together. Stay tuned for tomorrow's photo….!"

What do Stan and Todd have planned? Launching a podcast? Making a comic? Joint Venom movie cameos? Stan Lee action figures by McFarlane Toys? Stan Lee as the writer of Spawn? They're starting a garage band? We'll have to wait for tomorrow, it seems, but feel free to post your speculation below.

Sadly, that prophecy was wrong. Oh, Jude Terror was right. For ten years. About everything. But nobody listened. And so, Jude Terror has moved on to a more important mission: turning Bleeding Cool into a pro wrestling dirt sheet!
