Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is Headed to Beta Testing, According to Treyarch

It appears Treyarch are preparing for battle as they're taking Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 into beta testing next month, according to their trailers. The company has been launching a social media campaign, as you can see at the bottom, alerting fans to their launch of the beta which will take place on August 3rd. At the moment, they have not made it clear as to whether or not the beta will be available on consoles or if this is simply a test of the PC system and the game in general. But we're assuming that a full beta will be a test across the board.

They also gave no indication as to what modes will be tested. So for those of you who are clinging to every word the company says about the battle royale mode called Blackout, there's still no indication as to whether or not it's ready to go, let alone be tested. Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 is due to be released on October 12th, so the fact that they're doing testing only two months out is a pretty good sign overall, but the lack of info at the moment is giving us a bit of pause.
