New Robin Hood Trailer Shows Off More Action and Teases the Plot

We have another new trailer for Lionsgate upcoming adaptation of Robin Hood. The first trailer, which wasn't exactly well received, now has a second one that shows off some more of the plot and action. We get to see star Taron Egerton shooting lots of arrow, Jamie Foxx clearly having the time of his life as Little John, and the always fantastic Ben Mendelsohn chewing the hell out of the scenery.

Robin Hood is looking to jump into an extremely busy winter season, and there is a very good chance that it could get lost in the shuffle. At the moment there isn't a lot to distinguish this movie from other period action vehicles. Lionsgate is going to have to step it up if they want a spot at the November box office table.

Summary: A war-hardened Crusader and his Moorish commander mount an audacious revolt against the corrupt English crown in a thrilling action-adventure packed with gritty battlefield exploits, mind-blowing fight choreography, and a timeless romance.

Robin Hood, directed by Otto Bathurst, stars Taron Egerton, Jamie Dornan, Ben Mendelsohn, Jamie Foxx, and Eve Hewson. It will be released on November 21st.
