Dungeons & Dragons Announces Several New Items for the Holiday Season

Today, Wizards of the Coast announced a new set of products coming later this year for Dungeons & Dragons just in time for the holidays.

Some of the awesome items included in the announcement are a coloring book called Adventures Outlined, a pair of children's books that cover the 1-2-3's and A-B-C's with a D&D touch, a new set of Dragon Heist dice to go with the upcoming Waterdeep: Dragon Heist adventure, and a Core Rulebook Gift Set. These are all arranged as different ways to get people into the game, both as a child and as a player ready to tackle the game.

The coolest aspect to the Gift Set is that there's a special alternative covers version. As you can see below, it's the same kind of alternative art that we've been seeing in recent releases such as Xanathar's Guide to Everything and Mordenkaine's Tome of Foes, with the same kind of reflective foil art. Not to mention what looks like an amazing DM screen and a box to store all three books in. These kind of packages are nothing new to D&D as they had a set for Fourth Edition, but it's nice to see it return for Fifth.

All of these Dungeons & Dragons items will come out between August and November and are available for pre-order in their store right now.
