Absolute Flashpoint No Longer a Christmas Gift…

The Absolute Flashpoint volume, collecting the Flashpoint series by Geoff Johns, Sandra Hope, Jesse Delperdang, and Andy Kubert in oversized hardcover slipcase format pioneered for DC by Scott Dunbier, was solicited to be released in comic book stores for the 12th of December. It was perfectly timed as a Christmas gift for the Flashpoint-appreciating person in your life, just at the moment when Flashpoint characters such as Thomas Wayne seem to be making a renewed presence in the DC Comics Universe.

Sadly it's had to be delayed to the 9th of January, though the likes of Amazon haven't caught up with the new dates yet. Just helping managing expectations…
